1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between MrLuck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the website located at mrluck.cam and all associated services, games, promotional offerings, and content (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the mrluck platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mrluck platform.

mrluck reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted prominently on the platform. Your continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and use the mrluck platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mrluck strictly enforces this age threshold in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting activity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold Player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of mrluck, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Services.
• You must not have a prior account that was suspended or permanently closed by mrluck for violations of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the mrluck platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. mrluck may close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mrluck will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify mrluck immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

mrluck operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process. All Users must complete identity verification before making any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) or current passport. mrluck may also request additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds at its discretion.

5 Deposits & Payments

mrluck accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), and cryptocurrency via USDT TRC20.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• mrluck does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• E-wallet and FPX deposits are typically credited to your mrluck account instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• mrluck reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotional offer.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds do not originate from any criminal or unlawful activity. mrluck complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, mrluck will request alternative verified account details from the Player.

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be satisfied, or the relevant bonus and associated winnings must be forfeited, before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Typical processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) 5–15 minutes; bank transfer (FPX/IBG) 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 15–45 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
• mrluck reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow patterns suggestive of bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Withdrawals may be declined where mrluck has reasonable grounds to believe that the associated funds were obtained through breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mrluck offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly known as "bonus abuse").
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Certain game types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Refer to individual bonus terms for specific contribution rates.
• mrluck reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a Player has commenced wagering, any existing progress toward wagering requirements will be respected.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Cash winnings generated from bonus play above the wagering threshold are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the mrluck platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams governed by standardised rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, the Player agrees to the specific rules of that game.

• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state recorded on the mrluck server at the time of disconnection. mrluck's server records are the definitive source of truth.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• mrluck reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or erroneous odds publication. Affected bets will be refunded at the original stake value.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform, including rules regarding match postponements, abandoned fixtures, and settlement procedures for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other covered competitions.
• Maximum win limits apply per game session as specified within individual game and market rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrluck platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or other non-human means to interact with the platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for personal gain. Any such bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Opening accounts using false or stolen identity information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mrluck staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Any form of sports match manipulation or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting mrluck support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance (net of voided bonuses) will be returned via the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal conditions.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

mrluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Player or from a third-party authority.
• mrluck is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, mrluck reserves the right to withhold any or all balance in the account pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrluck and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Services.
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside mrluck's reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners.
• Any decisions made by Players in the course of gambling activity.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to comply with responsible gambling tools or self-imposed limits.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mrluck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Responsible Gambling

mrluck is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting Players who may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits in MYR.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the platform.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the mrluck platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of mrluck or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of mrluck. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the mrluck Services shall first be referred to mrluck's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate formal channels. mrluck commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict a Player's statutory rights or ability to seek relief from competent courts or consumer protection bodies.
